The building is an ancient farmhouse which dates back to the XIII century and which has been restored mantainig its original structure both internally and esternally. Transformed in tourist apartments to rent, the Residence degli ulivi structure is made of stones and bricks and it has been externally plastered with natural cement and sand. There are deal windows and doors and oak architraves. On the ceiling you can see wooden rafters which support terra cotta hand-made flat tiles. The roof is made of tar paper covered with old pantiled and it's provided with 5 cm of insulating material to isolate heat and cold. The farmhouse is surrounded by a wire net and, in part, by a stone-wall and an hedge. You can enter through a remote controlled electric gate. In the courtyard you can find a gravel path and a parking under the fresh shadow of centuries old olives. It's a very luminous site where the sun shines from the early morning to half an hour after the sunset.
Il Residence degli ulivi is divided up into three appartaments, everyone equipped with: - Kitchen, including fridge, cooker, oven, sink and extractor hood; - Natural gas boiler to heat and produce hot water; - Bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and w.c.; - Two bedrooms everyone provided with 2 or 3 beds; - Fireplace.

The Residence degli ulivi stands on an hill near Montelabbate and its position is very panoramic, in fact from there you can have a sight far to the Titano Mount and the Repubblic of San Marino. The Residence is situated at 10 minutes only fromthe very well equipped Pesaro seashore. It's 7 km from the famous Gradara Castle and in 15 minutes you can easily reach the Riviera of Gabicce, Cattolica and Riccione. It's an enchanting place to take walks in the country through fields full of olives and between old castles. Five minutes from Montelabbate you can find a modern and covered olympic swimming-pool with a 17x25 m long pool subdivided into six lengths and equipped with toilettes, dressing-rooms, sickroom, bar and solarium. You won't have any problem to do the shopping thanks to the numerous shopping centres; in addition you can find a lot of restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine. A short way away the Residence there's the bus stop; by bus you can reach other towns and, in particular, Pesaro, the city where the great composer Gioacchino Rossini was born and which is famous for its ceramics. A 15 km away the Residence is Urbino, university city full of history and famous for the ducal palace where the Montefeltro duques lived. Not far from Urbino you can visit small castles and medieval villages. It's a cradle of history linked to the north to the Malatestiana Court and to Rimini and to the west to Gubbio by means of the Furlo Gorge not far from the Burano Valley where you can admire the Flaminia Way built by the Romans.
